Webador is looking for a Data Analyst (24-40hrs)

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in which you can make a big impact by informing smart, efficient decisions through data and reaching more small business owners on a large scale? As a data analyst, you'll contribute to our mission: helping entrepreneurs build a website they can be proud of. At Webador, we love data, and we'll probably surprise you with how many data-driven decisions we already make. At any given moment, we have dozens of experiments (A/B tests) ongoing, and we're constantly looking for improvements and interesting insights. However, we lack experience in more advanced analysis techniques and applications of machine learning. That's why you'll be welcomed with open arms when you join our team!

This is you

We see you as the in-house specialist in your field, which is why you'll be given the freedom to shape your role how you see fit. You'll select technologies and tools to help us further develop the potential of the data we have available. You're accurate, data-driven, inventive, and willing to work closely with colleagues such as our online marketing specialists, CRO (conversion) specialist, and the management team. You're comfortable working independently, and you look forward to ensuring the improved performance of our business. Where you work is up to you - at home, at the office, or elsewhere. We leave it to you to assess what's important when it comes to your working environment and our organisation as a whole.

You'll also have direct influence over the spending and evaluation of our online marketing budget, a 6-figure monthly amount. As a small company, we compete successfully against much larger international players.

Requirements

• At least 3 years work experience

• Experience with SQL and Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools

• Knowledge of statistical and machine learning models

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and build data solutions to drive business growth

• Knowledge of online marketing tools such as Google Ads / Google Analytics (a plus)

• Experience with SaaS or ecommerce and relevant KPIs (a plus)
