Are you a great communicator who puts the customer first? Then we are looking for you! As our Italian Communication & Support Assistant at Webador, your role will be to inform, guide and encourage our (potential) customers to use our services via email and social media. We want to empower every customer to build a website or webshop they can be proud of. You will be working together with people from different disciplines and backgrounds, and you will proactively contribute with initiatives to improve the experience for Italian-speaking users and to stimulate our growth in Italy.

Webador is a fast-growing Dutch internet company based in Strijp-S, Eindhoven.   • You are fluent in Italian (native level)
  • You have a professional level of English
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a support/communication role or a related field (a related degree is a plus)
  • You are a great communicator (written and verbally)
  • You have the ability to listen to customers and proactively suggest improvements for the Italian market
  • You have an affinity with the internet and with computers
  • You are a team player

Your tasks

  • Help small business owners with creating their website via email and social media (in English and Italian)

  • Identify opportunities to improve our product and the customer experience

  • Assist with (online) marketing tasks for the Italian market

  • Help translating and help contribute to our localized content on
