What you'll be doing

• Enjoying lots of autonomy and a high degree of responsibility
• Working closely with our CEO and CTO to determine the vision for our product
• Making sure our sprints are high-quality and impactful, and that goals are achieved
• Looking for ways to improve the sprint process
• Writing product proposals, and helping and inspiring colleagues to do the same
• Working with a team of 10 developers and designers to ensure our product stays relevant and user-friendly for our 200k+ customers

Your mission

Your mission is to make sure our product stays relevant and user-friendly for our target group: small business owners. Quite a challenge, considering we serve so many customers with a wide range of needs.
At Webador we work in sprints, and you'll also look for ways to continuously improve that process. We're currently testing the Shape up principle to see if it can help us with that, which means working in small groups and focusing on achieving a goal within one sprint / a few weeks. Autonomy is also central here. The process of applying the Shape up model is in its infancy, and we'd love your help in making it a success. That means all ideas are welcome!
In summary, the Product Manager role at Webador is wide-ranging and pragmatic, and best suited to a real go-getter! With your help, we'll make Webador even more accessible, and continue to ensure the small business owners we support can be proud of their online presence.

• HBO education or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience developing software products (for example as a developer, designer, product manager, or product owner)
• Experience managing and being responsible for (part of) a product, for example as a small business owner or as a product manager
• Reliable knowledge of UX, technology, and business
• Experience working in a scale-up / SaaS company
• Solid communication skills, including writing, in Dutch and English
• Available for 32-40 hours per week
• Proactive attitude, can-do mentality, and a structured and efficient approach to working
