  • €2,600 - €3,200 per month
  • Communicatie & support

Job description

Are you a customer-oriented support employee who's eager to work for a fast-growing internet company? We're looking for you! As a Customer Support Employee at JouwWeb, your job is to assist our (potential) customers via email, WhatsApp, and private messages from social media so they can build a website or webshop they can be proud of.

The focus of this role is on support. This means you'll be the linchpin in resolving questions and issues, ensuring our customers feel heard and helped. Customers may have questions at any time of day, which makes your evening and weekend shifts essential for great service. You will work mostly independently but are part of a close-knit team that is always ready to assist.

Why you'll love this job

We work together as a team, with a lot of inter-departmental communication. We offer you an environment where you can work on your tasks at your own pace: no phone calls, push notifications, unnecessary meetings, or micro-managing. Although this position is primarily remote with evening and weekend shifts, you’re more than welcome to join us in the office occasionally or take part in Friday afternoon drinks and team events whenever it fits your schedule.

  • You'll make a big impact by helping many customers every day.

  • You will be warmly welcomed in a modern company and by a team full of enthusiastic colleagues

  • You'll be rewarded with a good salary (€2600-€3100 per month), pension (paid by JouwWeb), and a bonus scheme.

  • Primarily remote: Work mainly from home, with occasional days at our modern office on Strijp-S Eindhoven.

  • You'll have the opportunity to contribute to our support strategy for new markets, such as Poland.

  • We are an energetic and close-knit team where there's plenty of room for your input.

  • Great company events

  • Personal development opportunities with a budget of 5% of your annual salary

On a daily basis, what are you working on?

We have built a website builder that is used by over 275.000 paying customers worldwide. As customer support employee you are part of the Customer Success Team and together you focus on giving our customers the best possible assistance and advice. This is greatly appreciated by our customers, as evidenced by our Trustpilot reviews (JouwWeb & Webador).

  • You'll be responsible for independently handling customer questions and comments via email, WhatsApp and social media, with a focus on evening and weekend hours.

  • You'll write help articles or create explanatory videos for frequently asked questions.

  • You'll keep track of customer feedback and report improvement suggestions.

  • Do you speak another language fluently - like Polish or a Scandinavian language? That’s a huge advantage, as it means you can help grow our international help centers with localized content.

You'll be given a lot of freedom and your input will be important to our continued success. Staying in contact with colleagues on your team and others, you'll also participate in meetings where we work together to look for opportunities for improvement.
