Job description
Are you a great communicator, who understands German culture and who puts the customer first? Then we are looking for you! As our German Country Manager at JouwWeb, your role will be to continue to localize our tool and communication, and inform, guide and encourage our (potential) customers to use our services via email and social media. We want to empower every customer to build a professional website or webshop they can be proud of. You will be working together with people from different disciplines and other international Country Managers, and you will proactively contribute with initiatives to improve the experience for German-speaking users and to stimulate our growth in Italy. We work data-driven and believe in leveraging technology to work smarter, so you'll have the opportunity to contribute to optimizing our tools and processes

On a daily basis, what are you working on?
Help small business owners with creating their website via email and social media
Continue to localize our tool and content on www.webador.de and adapt our communication to our German market
Identify opportunities to improve our product and the customer experience
Assist with (online) marketing tasks for the German market
Create more awareness in German-speaking countries
Contribute to AI and tech-related projects to enhance the customer journey, improve internal processes, and optimize tools like Zendesk and our chatbot Webby to better understand and support customer needs

Job requirements
You are fluent in German
You have a deep understanding of German culture and norms
English is our working language. No Dutch required
You have at least 1 year of experience in a support/communication role or a related field (a related degree is a plus)
You are a great communicator (written and verbally)
You have the ability to listen to customers and proactively suggest improvements for the German market
You are into tech, curious about AI, and love making workflows smoother and smarter
You are a team player
