Are you a great communicator, who understands Italian culture and who puts the customer first? Then we are looking for you! As our Italian Country Manager at JouwWeb, your role will be to continue to localize our tool and communication, and inform, guide and encourage our (potential) customers to use our services via email and social media. We want to empower every customer to build a professional website or webshop they can be proud of. You will be working together with people from different disciplines and other international Country Managers, and you will proactively contribute with initiatives to improve the experience for Italian-speaking users and to stimulate our growth in Italy.

On a daily basis, what are you working on?
Help small business owners with creating their website via email and social media
Continue to localize our tool and adapt our communication to our Italian market
Identify opportunities to improve our product and the customer experience
Assist with (online) marketing tasks for the Italian market
Create more awareness in Italian-speaking countries
Share your input and work on AI and tech-related projects to enhance the customer journey
Assist in improving internal processes and setting up effective workflows for our tools, such as Zendesk and our chatbot Webby
Occasionally help translating and help contribute to our localized content on www.webador.it
Work with internal tools like Zendesk to support and better understand customer needs
Share your input on AI and tech-related initiatives that enhance customer experience or streamline support

Vereisten
You are fluent in Italian (C1-C2 level)
You have a deep understanding of Italian culture and norms
You have at least 1 year of experience in a support/communication role or a related field (a related degree is a plus)
You are a great communicator (written and verbally)
You have the ability to listen to customers and proactively suggest improvements for the Italian market
Big bonus points if you're into tech, curious about AI, and love making workflows smoother and smarter
You are a team player
